Our Team

At the heart of our farm is a dedicated working team built on family, neighbors, and community. Owner Barry Russell Rodeheffer and Barry Gene Rodeheffer work full time on the farm, helping guide the day-to-day operation and keeping everything moving throughout the year.

Barry Russell’s children (Adam & Gretchen) also play an important role, working year-round as part-time help and contributing to the ongoing care and success of the farm. Their involvement reflects the family commitment behind the operation and the pride that goes into every season.

Our farm is also supported by seasonal help from many community members, friends, and neighbors. During harvest season, as many as 10 to 15 people may be working alongside us to keep the operation running smoothly. It truly is a team effort, with each person playing an important role in getting the job done.
